If you’ve never attended a class at Wizard Academy or the Whisky Marketing School, you may be wondering what lies in store for you after you’ve signed up for a class! Here is some basic info to get you oriented.

If you signed up early enough to get a room on campus, you are free to check into your room anytime after 3 PM the day before class starts. You will receive info about your room and campus access the week prior to class.
You are able to stay in your room on campus until the morning after the last day of class. Check-out time is 11 AM.
The kitchen in the on-campus housing is stocked with every manner of breakfast food you can imagine. If you have special dietary requirements (dairy free, gluten free, etc.), we can make sure that there are items just for you in the fridge and pantry.
Once class starts, lunch and dinner will be catered each day from some of the best restaurants in Austin. We don’t do sandwiches and pickle spears. We do multiple-course hot meals. Be prepared to gain a few pounds while you are here.
Class starts at 8:30 AM each day in the Tower and goes until dinner sometime between 5 and 6 PM. There will be plenty of snacks, water, tea, coffee, and other beverages available throughout the day. Pens and paper are provided for note-taking, but feel free to bring laptops or tablets if you prefer. We do have Wi-Fi at the Tower and sporadically at Engelbrecht House.
